FAQ and Refund Policy
You will be sent an invoice from Hello Frankenbery Design. This invoice will include your project and an estimate. This is subject to change due to the nature of design revisions and feedback sessions. I strive to maintain open and honest communication with you throughout the entire design process. I will always make you aware if a project goes beyond the initial quote and options where to go from there. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product at this stage, we can refine and reset expectations, or else I’d be happy to send a final invoice for the time spent. This situation happens very rarely, because in our initial conversations we pull sources of inspiration that determine the source of our designs. If you have any questions, please email me.
I do my best to estimate and invoice accurately, but please note that I do not guarantee a completion date or hours for any project. Most design projects can be completed in 2-4 weeks. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please note their may be a fee associated with expediting a project.
Other Policies:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on a project. I do not issue refunds. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all payments are retained by Hello Frankenbery Design and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
- Original files will not be emailed until the full balance has been paid
- The deposit payment specified is non-refundable.
