Slate Hair and Design wanted a website for their new hair salon in Tumalo, Oregon! Using their beautiful logo we paired some great photography together, and built each stylist their own page.

Carrie Elmore, owner of Slate, wanted to proudly highlight their partnership with Green Circle Salons. They are committed to environmentally-friendly salon practices. This involves sorting the hair, color tubes, and old foils for recycling. Hair can be reused to clean up oil spills and the foils and color tubes are easily repurposed into other materials. The program also gives us the resources to properly dispose of color chemicals rather than rinsing them down the drain. I really enjoyed learning about this process while creating her website!
